This story with images made me think of the aquifer below. It has, for eons, stored cleaned water for mankind. Filtering water from above ground to the aquifer takes years. Aquifer water is being used at a faster rate than it is being refilled. This fact came to my attention in the early 1980s and has often come to my thought when reading/hearing of water stewardship issues.
At that time, I just felt sad concern but today the headlines remind me that I can prayerfully know that right thinking is natural to all people. Those making plans and decisions have access to right thinking and when they realize that they do, they will use it. Prayer can open eyes and minds to what the highest right idea and how to implement it.
So today I pray to know so clearly that they know that they do. Prayer and particularly the prayer of thanksgiving, is power. Won't you join me in a prayer of gratitude that we can bear witness to the manifestation of this spiritual fact?
